Frigidaire gallery freezer fully thawed and red light never came on.

On most models, Turning off the freezer turns off whole unit as all cold air comes from freezer

cooling temperature of freezing is damaged and also damaged heater machine which keep in deep freeze but controller point keep in normal side,you must be repair that problem as soon as possible otherwise full freezing system get damaged.

Sounds like someone accidentally locked you out. If you see a RED light lit above the touch pad.

To Lock Out Press the LOCK Touch Pad for 3-5 seconds. A Red light will appear above

the Touch Pad.

To Unlock

Press the LOCK Touch Pad for 3-5 seconds until the Red light above the

Touch Pad goes out.

Other possibilities:

Household water line valve is not open. -open valve

Freezer door is not closed-Close door tight

Ice & water filter cartridge is clogged-replace filter
Front filter not fully installed, if equipped-Push filter until you hear a CLICK. filter should be FLUSH with cabinet

the air ducts are froze over .use hair dryer to thaw .

the drain is clogged.take a hair dryer and un thaw the drain

Take the back panel off inside your freezer compartment and check to see if the defrost coils are frozen over. If they are, you can use a hair dryer to defrost them or just let it sit for a day with a fan blowing on them.

sounds like the condenser is bad, feel the copper coils they should be cold and the condenser should be hot/

The red light and the audible alarm both come on when the freezer gets warmer than the alarm point... unless you disable the audible alarm with the rocker switch
