I have E63. I cannot turn on my phone after I installed FlipFont. And when I restarted my phone it won't restart. They said I should dial *#7370# but how can I dial that If It won't turn on? :( I'm desperate for the solutions, please help me :( It only vibrates when I press the power button and light blinks on the d-pad. :( The Nokia welcome note only appears and suddenly it turns off. I tried charging it but it won't work. :(

turn off your mobile
press and hold these buttons
* 3 and green button and power button

Well, there are codes to soft format your phone and hard format as well.
Many Nokias E63 have been complained to be always restarting by itself and I have come to a conclusion that these phones are defected..

I suggest you to have a backup of your phone book and data so that you can format it.
By formatting your phone, all data will be lost and it will be as freshly new phone from zero.

In order to format you need to do the following:

1 - switch of the phone
2 - when you switch it back on, quickly press the Green(call) button + 3def + *+ at the same time untill it shows formatting on your screen.

After that, you will have your phone reset and clean.

If the above steps fail - dial *#7370#

Just format the cell phone and also memory card of your cellphone.

1. Remove the card from your cell , power on the cell with the sim in it , when it is fully on , just enter the code
*#7370# { its star+hash+7370+hash }, then your phonestarts automatically , don't press any button unless it is fully on
