Press the SPEAKER ADJUST button on the frond panel of the receiver. With this button you can select different parameters of the speakers. Using the PRESET/ADJUST button you can change the parameters.

If your remote won't work at all, then you'll need to get a new remote from Samsung to control all functions. If however, everything works on the remote but the volume, keep the original for all other functions and just use a cheap universal remote programmed to the Samsung code to control the volume. I had the same thing happen on a Sony THIB remote for a HT. I used a Scientific Atlanta to turn it on and off, as well as control the volume, but retained the original remote so I could get at all other functions. If you have to buy a new Samsung remote or if you buy one of those high-dollar universal remotes that program a zillion functions it will cost you big. Fair warning.

You should indicate you remote. In any case, if code is not in your remote you should follow indications for No code If you don't have a manual, look for one using google,and terms manual, make and model of your remote
have you tried to reset it to factory defaults yet? If it has a vcr button on the front, then hold the vcr button and press power...it should say reset on the front. Might not help, but worth a try.
Hi I just bought HTSL75 speakers. Its manual saying its volume is controlled by TV's remote control But i am having Samsung UN46EH6000 LED. and Speakers is connected to LED via RCA and LED is giving fixed output, so all the time, speaker is working on full volume

The output transistors should be replaced in pairs. Also, It may not be just the output transistors that are defective. If you have no experience with these types of repairs, I would suggest that you bring the unit to a service shop. The outputs will run about $15-$25 per pair.
