You can call Products America at 800-205-9642 or 800-772-1041 from 8am to 6pm CST Monday thru Friday. They do carry parts that work on Evenflo cribs however there is some additional information and some measurements that they will need to make sure the rods are the correct size. Give them a call when you can be with your crib for further assistance.
Products America can help you with the hardware you are needing. You can contact them at 800-205-9642 or 800-772-1041 Monday thru Friday from 8am to 6pm CST. They will ask a few questions about your crib and possibly need measurements but should not have a problem getting you the hardware.
They may be unable to provide model number specific instructions, but if you call one of the customer service lines at Products America and are able to provide some basic information about your crib they should be able to provide a set of instrucitons that are similar enough to help you get yours together. Have you tried checking with evenflo.com's replacement parts? They don't sell them anymore, but they still have a link for some replacement parts, but you need the model # (it's on the crib itself, on the warning or safety tag).
