Hi.I think its a temperature measuring fault in the steam circuit. Most likely to be the thermal sensor on the thermoblock. Check to see if the sensor wires are broken or corroded. Can also be the control board. I'll put my money on the thermal sensor. Dazza REPAIRER

Is ther a franke engineer in the limerick area to fix a malfunction 4 ona flair 654 coffee maker

I would contact your supplier or the manufacturer for advice. You don't want someone who is not an authorised repair agent because they may not be able to get specific spare parts.

No milk and steam dispensing from Franke Flair coffee machine

I am a Franke technician. After and possibly during the descale, because probably you haven'nt done it in a long time, steam was able to escape through the fittings as the limescale damaged the silicone rings beforehand. The steam damaged the klixxons or the thermoblock itself. You will need one of us unfortunately....

How to remove the lid on a franke flair coffee machine

If you are refering to the main cover! firstly the hoppers have to be removed. then the metal plate on the top(cup warmer) secured with 4 x t15 torx screws. once the plate is removed the main cover is secured with 4 oval headed screws 2 of them located under the plate just removed. the other 2 are located under the adjustment rings for the grinders. the main cover then can be removed. there are 2 electrical connection plugs that have to be disconnected .

Why won't my Franke flair machine won't run only says please wait.is there a reset switch ?

there is no reset switch, please wait on the display indicates the machine is heating . but the sensors are not registering the temp. this means either the thermoblock/s have failed (unlikely) there are upto 4 thermal fuses mounted on the thermoblocks . this is more likely the problem. any more info required please et me know

Malfunction 8 On Screen

Likely cause of this is a blocked worm drive. The worm drive takes the coffee in and then, after brewing, ejects the used grounds into the Dump box. Over time, coffee grounds accumulate on the worm drive and eventually jam it. This is Malfunction 8. Machine will need to be stripped and cleaned. Hope this helps.
