How to do charge the battery in optimise mode? when i charge it always comes in alien ....

If the battery level is near 100% or 99% and it says "Plugged in, not charging" then disconnect power for a few minutes until it reaches 90% and reconnect it then; even try a restart.
If the battery level is near 50% then check your energy management software and see if there is a setting for "battery optimisation" and switch it to "optimise for battery runtime".
Also, there might be a problem with the battery. Is there a red cross over the battery indicator? If yes, then you have to replace your battery.

I am not familiar with the TracFone V170 but most phones now communicate with the battery. They do this because the battery contains a small computer chip which monitors the charge state, temperature etc.. If this chip is faulty or missing because it is a cheap copy battery, some phones will not work properly. They usually power up okay but will not charge or will charge really slowly. There are various messages they may give including "alien battery", "Invalid Battery" to name a few. If it is unable to communicate with the battery, it will not usually charge as fast as it could because it cannot tell if the battery is overheating so it will always trickle charge an unknown battery.

You will notice a battery like this because it has at least three battery connections. Older ones only had two.

It will take time to get it fully charged. U can charge it up to 100%. If it is fail after about 8 hrs., contact ur vendor.

if you had given for servicing anywhere in any other shops other than the authorized service centres, they might have changed the batteyr. try top get that problem solved.

optimise charging means that it is charging.. try leaving it to charge for an hour or two. if it still doesn't work, then you bring it to a service center.
