I'm assuming this is a windows vista or windows 7 operating system because they will ask you for administrator rights.
Go to where the installation file is.
Right click on the Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007
Click Run As Administrator
Click Continue
This should give you permission to install the application.

Once the 3 months expires for one application, it expires for all applications.

You will need to update windows to service pack3 first. Then once completed click "start" and open "control panel" and then "Add Remove programs-software" Scroll through list of installed software and identify all and only the office related components "select" each component individually then click "remove/uninstall" Remove all previous installed office components, starting with the smallest sized file to the largest, once completed restart your machine and try the office install disk again. So, here is what they say to do:

try installing .net framework 3.5 sp1 ...... it worked for me

you can skip the dll file during installation. go to windows or microsoft update from your desktop and download the patches. it should fix the problem you have.
you probably have about 12-16 patches.
