I want to be able to turn off the ringer on my reception phone for the 3 lines that are direct lines to the partners offices. How do I turn off the ringer to these three on the main phone so that it will ring in their office but not at my desk?

Setting the ring tone and ringer volume You can choose one of the four different ring tones and set the ringer volume. To set the ring tone and volume: 1. Make sure that the ringer is turned ON. 2. Press the Set Options key. 3. Press the down arrow three times or press [3] to go directly to the item. 4. Press [3] and follow the instructions on the display. When picking the ring tone, press the volume bar to adjust the volume. 5. Press [Save] to end when you are satisfied with the ring tone and ringer volume.

Search through General Options until you find Ringing options.
Type in the extension number of your personal office.
scroll to line 4 choose turn ringer to off, and rls! Let me know if you need clarification on how to find Ringers in General Options.

Partner ACS systems come with Centralized programming instructions. Most of them starting with Feature 00 Left Intercom twice and Right Intercom. When you dial an extension, the lights will be solid or blink according to how it's programmed and you press each button to turn on or off or delay ringing.

Your system administrator should have a book.

Changing ringing on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11.
At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
Next press the left hand intercom twice
The display should say system programming

Press the right hand intercom once. The display should say Centralized Programming.

Enter in the extension number that you want to program.

Press the line that you want to ring.
A solid light on the line means immediate ringing
A slow flashing light means delayed ringing (meaning the phone will wait 3 rings before starting to ring.)
A fast flashing light means no ringing.


Press feature "00" to logout

Your Handset has been programmed i guess by mistake to be in the same ring group as the main receptionist for C0-01 . Use Google for programming manual to make changes.

You have to go in to programming and set the phone in the shop to ring on line 3 only and the phones in the office to not ring on line 3.If you don't know how to go in to programming please inform me.

Your telephone comes with predetermined settings which can be adjusted to individual taste. You will hear an error tone when the maximum or minimum volume level is reached. During volume adjustment, a ?dashed line? icon shows in the display. Adjusting the Ringer Volume Press the VOLUME ^ or v button while in on-hook mode. And/or 1 Selecting a Ringer Tone You may select the ringer tone for each line independently. You may choose to turn the ringer off or select one of the four available ringer tones for each line. 1. Press STORE. The red indicator blinks indicating unit is in Store Mode. 2. Use the number pad to select a ringer tone 0 through 4 (selecting 0 turns the ringer off). 3. Press STORE and then press the desired line button. NOTE: The line indicators continue to flash for incoming calls even with the ringer disabled. You may not select the same ringer tone for both lines. Checking the Ringer Settings Check the setting or each ringer (on, off) by pressing STORE, followed by LINE 1 or LINE 2 button when the phone is on the hook.
