Vegggie Boy is mistaken. You should press and hold the red record button while pressing the menu button. The player will reset itself to normal operational mode.

If you can´t format your pendrive from my computer (mi pc) do this:
go to control panel (panel de control), administrative tools (herramientas administrativas), device administration (administración de dispositivos). Then, right click on your pendrive and click format. that´s all

The install disk is just a cd that installs windows media player in case you don't already have it. instead..just connect the mp3 player directly to the computer. Then go to my computer and drag and drop it into a new folder. But if you still just want the windows media player, then you can download it from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/10/default.aspx. I hope this helped you.

Hey,actually mine is aYP-U2 ZW/XSA white colour piece.
What happened to it I don't Know........Only its showing songs folders & It also showing some AutoRun.........It's not showing any settings etc when I go back.............

Try and reset the player by inserting a pointed object inside the small hole, press and hold for 5-10 seconds to let the player reset. If this doesn't work then connect the player with the computer and let it charge for a while. Now go to control panel-> administrative tools-> computer management/system management-> storage, check if you are able to see the mp3 player here. If it is visible then try a reset and try again. If not then reset the player while it is connected with the system. This will resolve your issue.
