I have new bluettooth plantronics220 but I try pairing it doesn't go trough. please help me

Follow these steps to pair your iOS device:

1. Turn Bluetooth on (from the Bluetooth menu on your iOS device)
2. Put your Jawbone device into pairing mode (click the link below to access instructions for your device)
   • ICON/ICON HD
   • ERA
   • JAMBOX
   • BIG JAMBOX
3. Wait for your iOS device to detect your Jawbone
4. Tap the Jawbone device name in the Bluetooth menu to connect

1. To begin, access your iOS device's Bluetooth menu:

• From the Home screen, tap Settings
  • Tap General (for iOS 5 or older)
  • Or tap Bluetooth (for iOS 6)

Normally, the 'factory default' paring code for a new bluetooth device is - 0000. Try this first.

If 0000 doesn't work, then try resetting the cd player back to factory settings (contact the manufacturer for further assistance).

You could try to force your headset into the pairing mode. In order to do it, with it turned on, press and hold the answer/end button for some 5 seconds, until the bluetooth indicator light is rapidly flashing. It is in pairing mode now. Then, withing the next couple of minutes, bring your phone close to your headset, and make its bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your headset should appear on your phone' screen. Select it and command it to connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset will enter the stand-by mode. There could be an indication on your phone too, that a headset is connected.

just hold the power button of blutooth for 10 sec and reset and re pair again

Please bear in mind that newer phones are like small computers, so they may become corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often. Simply turn your phone off and remove again the battery for a few seconds, then replace the battery and turn it back on again. Once you've done that, follow the simple instructions on the link below for the Plantronics Voyager Pro. Once you have your phone prepared for pairing, the process is pretty standard.
