If STR is found damaged, you should check all the assciated components with it; like resistors, zener diodes etc: before replacing a new STR. All such components should be checked individually [out from the circuit]. Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. Check the input voltage to LOT. If the voltage is absent check the feeder resistor; if any. first check main card and then check fuse .if fuse is blown put new one amp fuse.af set is ok leave it .if not work then chcck seitching transister and S.T.R 6007and oo120volt zenner diode.

when u replace the str 6107 along Whit it ,replaced the opto-coupler, the polistor , ceramic capacitors in the str side. mainly that one connected to is pin 3. on the out put side replace the SE1XX voltage controller also.

U have a soldering iron,desoldering pump or a roll of desoldering braids,a roll of solders?Can u do basic soldering and uderstand basic electronic?FBT- the flyback transformer,the big black block of a plastic with a red wire with a cap hook to a CRT-tv picture tube.Near the big block of a plastic with a red wire with a cap hook to a CRT picture tube.Inside to the right of the FBT,there are 2 power supply ICS,those 2 ICS are dead.Replaced these 2 power supply ICS near the FBT,will solved this tv LED power light indication blinking and will have stable tv power again,and tv will work.
