You can try a polishing cloth to see if this removes the discoloration, or very gently brush it with a toothbrush and mild soap ( very little water) if this does not help you will need to send the watch back to Bulova to their service center. 1-800-228-5682 is the Bulova service center phone number, call them for further instructions.
