If you are talking about printing on the edges of the paper, then please make sure that your printer support the edges printing. Cause there are specific printers can only print on the edge of the paper.

Hi,
The default paper selection/ size in MS Word is 'letter'. you may have designed the document on letter size and while printing you have A4 size paper in the printer.
So, Make sure that you design the document on the same paper size (such as A4, which is commonly used). Secondly, while printing don't print the document directly. From the Print dialogue option choose the exact paper size and un-check (de-select) any option of paper resizing (if available). You will have the documents printed exactly as designed.

Let me know if any further clarification/ assistance is required.

Hope it helps! Good Luck! Thanks for using Fixya!

The print margins on my Konica Minolta Bizhub c203 cut off the bottom of my pages. how can I fix this?

Check and see if it does it on copies too. If so then your paper trays maybe out of center or your paper guides may be open. If everything is center and registration is correct, your print may be in the "Void Margin" this is an area around the page the machine will not put toner in. Konica Minolta Bizhub C203 copiers do not have an edge to edge print capability

The printer will not print on the half inch left edge of the page.

go to settings and change the left margin to 0.0. if in Word, then file->page setup and set the margins to what you want, left margin to 0.0 in your case.

Printer does not print whole document

In 'Print Preview' look at the margins, and see if anything is too close to the edge of the paper. If it is, then set your margins further from the edge, or drag graphics further from the edge, etc.

To correct the margins that are set to close to the edge of the paper, open the document in Microsoft Word and follow these steps:
  1. Make sure that you are using the same printer driver that gave you the error in Microsoft Word Viewer.
  2. In Word, on the File menu, click Page Setup.
  3. Click OK.

You receive a warning dialog box about the unprintable regions.
  4. Click the Fix button.
  5. Save and close the document.
You can now open and print the document in Word Viewer without receiving the error message.

Epson V200 Copy Utility Problem with Incorrect Margin Output

I had the same problem forever and i just sat down today to fix it.
I have a Konica Minolta PagePro 1350w for my printer. The resolution
is set default at 600x1200 when in the Output Paper - Paper setting.
Change the resolution for your printer if you can to 1200x 1200 in the output paper - paper setting in the copy utility software, and
that should solve your problem with this half page copies. It might
still cut off some margins at the very edge, but most of the time they're just
plain paper margin. Hope this helps you out.
