If the reset doesn't helps, you need to change the fixing film assy. ( heater )

E000000 error the cause of The temperature detected by the main or sub thermistor does not rise to the specified value during startup control. Check the fixing film connector. - Replace the fixing film unit. - Replace the DC controller PCB.

Error e000000 0007,error e000000 00024
the first error e0007 is due to fixing .u have to check fixing if ur a rep then replace the fixing film. the second e0024 is due to developer assembly .check the connector to the dev assy.try to check the toner hopper whether it is supplying the toner to developer assy.

ok the Error code is to do with your fixing unit, you need to go into service and clear the error then reset machine should work again.
do a search for clearing fixing unit error code on your canon copier, wont be to hard to find
