Error code OB turn off the printer, why?

The error codes OD means that a check of the print head thermistor circuit during power-on initialization determined that the print head itself is not installed. Some cause of this is again the print head is not installed, the print head built-in thermistor element has failed, carrier cable is disconnected or is already damage, print head temperature detection circuit has failed.
Having said this, it is better to have the printer check by a qualified technician.
