No instructions The only problem is the machine will not stich and I feel it is the way I am threading the hand held device.

Do an internet search putting in the Brand of machine + the Model number of the machine + the word "Manual." Frequently, you will find one for free, or you may have to purchase one. You can also search the Brand name web site to see if they have any manuals to download.

My bobbin thread is showing in between my stiches on the top of the material. I have adjusted the tension and it has not helped. Any suggestions?

You may need to increase the bobbin tension to bring the stitches down. Then balance with the top tension adjustment. You can pull the thread through the bobbin to feel how much tension is on there. Also check bobbin is correct way round and thread paths are all correct.

Hi I bought the esecure mini stich machine but I can't thread the bobbin, I have tried and tried to the point where I wanted to throw it at the wall ! Please can anyone help ??

Are there no instructions with this new machine? You often need to wind a few twists by hand to make sure the thread catches and hold the tail of the thread when you press the foot pedal to get started.

Singer 201K Hand Crank Sewing Machine - I have threaded machine correctly, but when stiching the threads are not interlintking i.e. stiches are not forming and thread from reel and bobbin remain loose. ...

Hi Wendy. No stitches like this is likely one of two things. The needle isn't fully inserted into the needle bar. Or it's out of time.

Luckily most singers of that era are similar. And there is lots of info on how to time them online.

When iam stiching the bobbin thread is not interlocking with the pool thread ,the straight stich is not stiching properly

Do you have thread in your bobbin?
Is your needle fully inserted in the needle bar?
Is it the right needle for the machine?
Is your needle damaged, bent or dull?

The stiches at the botton are loose,it sound good at sewing but somehow it still a real mess ,no matter how i tried all different adjustment in the control bottons..

Looping on the underside is an indication that your top thread is not under tension. So you need to check again on the top threading up and make sure the thread is seated into the tension discs. Always thread up with the pressure foot raised to open up the tension device. Make sure the thread goes into the tension device, to test, lower the pressure foot and pull on the thread downwards - it should feel firm and resist pulling. If you can't get any tension onto the top thread, then the tension device may be broken.

You should not need to adjust the bottom tension at all.

If a machine is set up correctly the top tension should only need finessing by half a number at the most.

Good Morning: My wife has a Husquvarna Viking 320 Electronic Sew Easy. I have tried to re-work the bobin and the thread through the needle. When she stiches the hem on a pair of blue jeans it stiches...

since you are doing jeans it can be on either side so lets start for the beginning, rethread the top thread making sure that the thread went through the upper tension, second remove the bobbin and make sure to thread it through the lower tension(there is a spot on the bobbin case for the thread to go through for there to be tension on the bottom) if the thread on the bottom pulls really easy by hand like there is no resistance then take it to a local dealer and have him adjust it if it feels like there is a pull do the same with the upper thread put the foot down and try to pull the upper thread(don't break a needle) if it has tension adjust the upper thread tension tighter

I HAVE Kenmore 385 165 24 bobbin case is loose and I can not get even one stich. Do I miss a srew to hold it in a place? Thanks for help.

if the bobbin case is loose and pops out when started. it is not inserted correctly

make sure you hold the clasp when inserting case and hear the slick into place

make sure upper thread is threaded right and the bobbin thread is even

bring bobbin thread up and pull both threads to the back about fou inches

hold threads and stich a few stiches by hand or foot pedal befor letting fo of the thread.
