There might be problem with your laptop hardware. On excessive heating VGA chip on motherboard gives same problem. Get it checked with some hardware professional.

Hi, Try this, 1. Check your Windows Device Manager and see if all hardware is recognized and installed properly. 2. It might be that the hardware is recognized as a camera, but the right drivers are not
installed. The yellow explanation mark will indicate a problem. 3. In that case you can try to update the drivers. Right-click the device, and in the
popup menu select Update Driver Software. Then follow the instructions on screen, but
make sure you allow Windows to search the web for updated drivers.

Yes there is always a solution for it..Try different web sites, and type completely in correctly the audio driver for the model of your pc notebook. Then pick the right driver for your m3s neo laptop.
Type: Download & install free audio driver for neo laptop.

click start control panel view devices and printers you should see your webcam from there
if you are have trouble with your webcam
click start control panel administrive tools ,computer management ,device manager scroll down image devices you could see a yellow question mark?
right click to reinstall drivers or update driver hope this helps

You need to check your video settings in Yahoo Messenger. If you look at the video settings in MSN you should see your webcam listed as the active device. Now check in YM, is the camera listed? If not can you select it from a drop-down?
