You can't purchase parts for these units,you maybe able to send it to oakley to have it repaired. They will do repairs on them unlike the Orkr pros that use Motorola electronics and won't be serviced by Oakley at all.

Make sure you are using the USB cable that came with them. If you use another cable it looks like it should work, but it creates the problem. With the proper cable this may be resolved.
