You are low on ink. Replace all ink catridges

You can't free it without complete disassembly. The purge unit is stuck and you have to open the machine and turn it by hand to free it and then clean all the dried ink off so it won't jam again.

The print head is defective.Replace it.Part number: QY6-0054

After you opened the front panel, did you lift the scanner section? The scanner section has a switch on it that activates the ink tank holders to come out to the middle so they can be changed. It is not the greatest design and it doesn't stay up by itself. I normally use an old cartridge to prop up the scanner section while I change cartridges. Hope this helps!

yaa thats your black Print Head is not working, you need to get it replaced by new print head.

thats only solution.

take out both ink cartridges, lift up head clip and take out printhead block

stand printhead block in a shallow dish of windex overnight, rinse it off, place back in printer, replace ink cartridges

do a clean cycle

I have the exact same problem, cleaned heads, replaced cartridge, nothing prints, no ink at all no colors or black.

This may sound like a stupid question (and if you think so please don't be offended) but it is a problem I have ran into in the past.
The ink cartridges come with a little tab or piece of tape on the bottom of them, have you check to make sure these have been removed? If they have then try to run a diagnostic on the printer (in the software that came with the printer), check print head alignment, try cleaning the print heads. If none of these work let me know.
