I have creative webcam vf0050 im having problems download to my computer. i have a windows vista, when i install my cd it says not competable

If no driver is available try using the older OS software in Compatibility Mode
Right click on the webcam icon on your desktop or the webcam file from 'All Programs' - select 'Properties'
Select the 'Compatibility' tab
Select 'Compatibility Mode'
Use the dropbox to show the OS
Click OK
Restart your computer

just install the drivers from this site seperately www.pcleeds.com in the drivers section supports xp and vista support the site by clicking on the ads at the top or sides of the page

according to the company website the webcam live pro (vf0050) has no drivers for vista (nor do they plan to develop any).

how do i get a free on line installer for creative labs vf-0050?

I had the same problem with the vf-0050 on a win vista x32 PC. I Downloaded the latest XP driver from creative and installed it. THe camera works fine with MSN messenger and skype. I'll have to wait and see if it works with x64 as well.
