After replacing the canvas with a new one, you must
SP1902 perform -001 (Display / setting area used linen
fusion) to reset the counter to zero consumption.
The SP code should be performed to remove SC550.

You need to reset your printer.

Your question is somewhat confusing as to the model. There is no Nashua SC550 as that seems to be the service code you have an issue with. There is a model 1013F but there is no SC550 code for that machine. That being said I will tell you what an SC550 code means on most all Ricoh, Gestetner,Nashuatec machines. The SC550 means your fuser oil/cleaning web life is over. The solution for this is to replace the web and then reset the counter which requires entry into the service mode. Both of these are going to require a service technician to complete.

You can try to clear the code by doing this press the yellow all clear botton, then press 107, then hold the stop botton for 3 sec. Then turn the copier off then back on. It works on most Ricoh copiers

It's fusing web end error code. The fusing assembly needs service work done on it.
