Screen out I dropped my phone from about 2 stories up. I took it apart and nothing on the board seems to be messed up I think it's just my screen. I was wondering if anybody knew the wiring or pin out from the phone to the screen so I can rig it up with another screen. The screen isn't cracked at least on the outside but one of the internal components is gone i'm sure. Any info is appreciated chase

you have 2 options either get a new phone or have its screen fixed, i think by taking it apart some wire has detached or has become loose

Having the same problem, something with the reciever or transmiter. Flown about the same 10 times, this just started 2 days ago and had it a month or so. The s032g are not UBS charged. I put new rechagable batties in the controller, nothing, took it apart nothing, unraveled the reciever wire a little (3") and got it going then this morning same problem. I am going to open it up and inspect the reciever to see it the wire came loss. I think it is the transmiter, it seems to happen when lowering the throtle, yellow lite on heli blinks and comes back after drop throttle to 0.

I don't know if this is the same problem I had, but I think it is. I dropped my HTC Touch Diamond (standard version) yesterday and when I turned it on the screen didn't show anything.

I took it apart and found out the problem was caused by loose connectors between the main-board and the lcm- and navi-board.

I had to take my sons phone apart when it got wet. I believe the screen was held in with some type of double sided tape. But you have to take the phone completely apart to get to it. I took it apart about 6-8 months ago and it is still working.

Had a simular problem, were parts of the screen would go slanted.
Took apart fiddles about then coudn't get the screen to come on, changed the ribbon cable got the screen back on but the screen was totally messed up then, jus on a wim i remembered on a creakive zen you can get the buttons to work again by spreading the pins apart with a pin, simular method but with a flat head screw driver pushed the port that the robbon goes into on the mainboard, not the board that it gets soldered to (lcd) This fix all problems.

You probably messed up with some fuse, i don't think that there is a solution, replace the phone...

If you have a memory card in the phone...take it out. then turn take out the battery. Turn it back on. And if that works. its because you have a virus and or corrupted file on that memory card. Same thing happened to me. But now the screen is all messed up everytime i slide it open or closed.

Seriously, bang the phone sideways on a desk, it works! Do it on each side 2 or 3 times, then back again. Don't slam it down, but bang it a couple times I'm not kidding at all
