i think you attempted to enter the code more than 3-5 times already, if you see phone freeze on the screen you need to send in the phone for a "reflash".

somebody typed invalid unlock code too many times. Now you need to unfreeze your phone with special unfreeze code. Only way to get this code is to read it via USB cable. There is no free solution to get unfreeze code :(.
