Battery goes dead within a couple of days without use

batteries fail over time and should be replaced even rechargeable batteries

Camera will not turn ON. I changed the batteries but still no change.

Things to check first for a camera that won't turn on are battery contact points, and micro switches that are located on the battery and memory card doors. Troubleshooting tips on other things that need to be checked may be seen here. These tips won't work for every case, but they're worth a try.

Why do I lose date/time on Fuji FinePix S6500 digital camera when I change batteries

You lose the date/time because the camera has no power to it to keep the settings. Basically don't leave the batteries out if you want it to keep the date/time. On the other hand it will just sit and run the batteries down just sitting there off. It is a bit annoying but that's why. Most cameras store an internal charge so they can keep the date/time but it is not supposed to last very long, it was designed so you could swap out dead batteries without having to reset the time/date every time. If it is happening on simple battery changes it means something may be wrong with the camera.

My camera wont stay on it bleeps once then turns off

That sounds like your battery could be dead/not hold a charge. If you've charged your battery already and your camera still won't stay off and turns off right away, it's time to purchase a new battery for your Samsung TL105.

You can purchase replacement batteries quite cheap here:

G7 just dead. can't turn on power. check battery

These G7 powershot cameras sometimes get a short from a loose screw which often leaves the camera with no power. You'll want to have it fixed but with a place that knows of the problem and does the correction inside the camera so that it doesn't keep happening. The place that just does powershots and they do amazing work on these cameras is: www.camerasandparts.com They charge about half of what canon wants to fix this problem and the include the service and the correction to the screws inside so it won't keep happening. It's $89 for everything with them, a great deal and they do superb work on these cameras.

Camera will not power up changed battery just went dead Nikon D70

Are you getting any power from it? How about an error message?

Try blowing some compressed air into the battery chamber. There might be some debri or dust in there. Try replacing the battery to see if that solves it. (Someone you know must own a D70).
