What you hear is the drain pump, remove back panel to see the problem

I think the control board is at fault

pull shafe out it is likly broken to find out between timer and shaft look to see if timer move by itself and if it does sorry u have broken shaft

Washing machine won't drain

4. Worn or loose belts: Are clothes still soaked at the end of a wash, even though the washing machine appears to go through the spin and drain cycles? The timer that controls the cycles may be broken. This is a job for the pros.

5. Faulty or jammed internal impeller on pump: When the spin cycle starts, do you hear a humming noise? The internal impeller that moves the water through the drain pump may be faulty or jammed. The inlet solenoid is probably bad. And it won't agitate unless it fills and stops filling automatically.

Water will not drain from machine
1. Kinked or clogged drain hose---clean hose
2. Pump does not run----readjust & tighten pump, drive mechanism
3. Suds lock---remove suds add cold water
4. Faulty transfer value---replace
5. Defective timer---replace
6. Loose belt----adjust belt

check the "capacitor" (cylinder like battery but bigger), that part helps the motor running. if the capacitor not working properly, the motor won't start. sometime sounds like humming inside your machine. the part isn't expensive.
