Hi
To fix the issue you need to remove the batterys from both the bell push and the bell unit for 10 mins, then replace the batterys and then push the bell push so it can switch channels and be different from the house down the road
I had a byron wireless door bell that only chimed when it wanted to and ditched it in favour of a siemens jsjs204 and I now have the same problem. I installed it just six months ago
I had the same problem..someone down the street had a similar set and his visitors were activating my bell.
never got it sorted so i bought an alternative
pronblem solved.

Hello!
Inside the machine end of the hose is a round rubber ring that holds the hose into the hose end. Take a flathead screwdriver and push the edge of the rubber ring towards the center and downward. MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON'T STAB YOURSELF IN THE PALM WITH THE SCREWDRIVER! lol
It should come out with some hard pushing. Now, just push the edge of the ring inwards again and hold it in place with your other hand. Put it up inside the new hose end and then use the screwdriver to smash the edge back out again to hold it in the new hose end. Hope this helps. If you need any more help, I have a shop on a POPULAR auction site under the exact same ID as I am using here. Feel free to contact me with any Kirby question.
