This indicates that either the sensor for the thermoblock is defective or the thermofuse is blown. For this you need to go to your local dealer for service. I also recommend that you measure out the mains.
In worst case the powerprint or the mainboard sends wrong signals to the thermoblock so it`s overheated.
I just called the company with the same problem today. They will fix your machine for free. They have recalled this machine. Call them and they will tell you what to do. 201-767-3999
