hello, ik got a lot of these UPS for repair. I exclude any battery problem that I suppose you already checked. The Systems I have here does all have problem at charger electronics (VT 9 or components around) mostly burned out (short circuit). No repair is possible as copper lines are burned.

Yes basically you cant coz they did not give it to everyone even in the manufacturing side or service center. They just give it to selected people coz its very confidential.

For the power/reset leds..well this diagram is provided with the main board manual..for the cooler controler provided with the case. .connect them to the power suply and after that to the coolers of the case and if you want with the coolers from processorand video board..if it has..ussualy are 4 /6 wires for cooler and one or two for power supply..
