We have 4 Lanier Cquence M3 digital recorders that were givenn to our Physical Therapy dept. by the orthopedic surgeons they work for but no manuals. I have put batteries in one of them and when I turn it on it says "insert card". They all have a 16 MB Olympus Smart Media card in them. Do you have any idea why it won't work? Also there were no instruction books with these. Can you provide? Thanks so much!

Treatment of Ankylosing spondylitis

such as naproxen (Naprosyn) and indomethacin (Indocin) - are the medications orthopedic doctor most commonly use to treat ankylosing spondylitis.

Physical therapy -
Physical therapy is an important part of treatment and can provide a number of benefits, from pain relief to improved strength and flexibility. A physical therapist can design specific exercises for your needs.

Surgery -
Most people with ankylosing spondylitis don't need surgery. However, your doctor might recommend surgery if you have severe pain or joint damage, or if your hip joint is so damaged that it needs to be replaced.
