Naveman PIN 570 gps receiver problem

Hi i have a naveman pin 570 when i want to turn on the map it tells me waiting for gps but nothing happen and when i put it a desternation to go to it doesnt work either would you please find out why it says that

Either goto start then system and then gps turn on gps or it need to be stationary to get a gps lock or buy an  magnetic antenna thats fits to outside of vehicle and plugs into navman im running tomtom version 6 on 570

I get the "waiting for gps" message if the gps unit is sending data to the main unit, but no satellite signal is found.
does the unit have sky view?

Yes, for activate this maps, you must pay in navman web page this service. but, I am using TOMTOM, in PIN 570, and it's working fine!

Cant get the menu display on my pin 570
maybe there is no memory caused by a flat or stuffed lithium battery or battery charging circuit in the pin 570.
fix:
leave unit to charge for 24 h
if the battery still dosnt charge because it is over discharged, then you may be able to push some charge in it after the battery is unplugged, after opening the case, and removing the circuit board.
