Why can't I connect to the bluethooth that is stored in my phone?

What are you trying to connect with bluetooth? You need at least 2 devices that you have to connect by a process called 'pairing', where at least one of them is 'visible' (this means it can be discovered by any bluetooth devices searching for it) and then you must start pairing. Both devices must agree on a pass code, for example 5555 and you must put this in both devices when they ask for a pairing code.

My jabra blue tooth asking for pass code , i tried with 0000 and 1111 and 1234 and 9999 but no use please help me

1. Put the headset in pairing mode
Make sure that the headset is on.
Press the answer/end button and press the volume up (+) button at the same time,
until a solid blue light comes on.
2. Set your Bluetooth phone to 'discover' the Jabra BT130
Follow your phone's instruction guide. This usually involves going to a 'setup,'
'connect' or 'Bluetooth' menu on your phone and selecting the option to 'discover'
or 'add' a Bluetooth device.
3. Your phone will find the Jabra BT130
Your phone then asks if you want to pair with it. Accept by pressing 'Yes' or 'OK' on
the phone and confirm with the passkey or PIN3 = 0000 (4 zeros).
Your phone will confirm when pairing is complete. In case of unsuccessful pairing,
repeat steps 1 to 3.

I want to use my motorola H680 bluetooth on my new phone and it ask for a numerical pass key but I don't know it?

It is hardcoded to '0000' (four zeros). Well, when you turn it on for the first time, its indicator light should be steadily lit in blue, thus indicating it is in pairing mode. If it has been paired to another device before, make sure that that device's bluetooth radio is turned off. If the light is not steadily lit, turn your headset off, wait for some 10 seconds, and turn it on again. Anyway, whilst its light is steadily lit, make you phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your headset should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, it should enter the stand-by mode (indicator light starts flashing in blue). You see, the pairing procedure between any two bluetooth enabled devices should be performed just once. All subsequent connections between them should be achieved just by bringing they within each other's range, with their bluetooth radios turned on. At most, a simple press on the headset's call button should do.

By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.

Please, let me know if I can help you any further.

Regards, Carlos

How can i connect my bluetooth headphones

Things You'll Need
  • Bluetooth capable phone
  • Bluetooth headphones
    • 1 Turn on your cell phone. Enable Bluetooth by accessing your phone's general or network settings. Your phone will search for Bluetooth signals in the area--they are usually denoted by a small icon displayed on the screen. If you don't know how to turn on Bluetooth or aren't sure whether your phone supports Bluetooth technology, refer to your phone's user guide.
    • 2 Turn on your Bluetooth headphones while near your cell phone. Turning on a Bluetooth-enabled device will usually put it in pairing mode, meaning it is actively searching for a device to connect to. Since your phone also is actively searching for a Bluetooth device, it should find it right away and prompt you to connect to it. It may ask for a password--refer to your headset's user manual for the default password and how to change it.
    • 3 Test your connection. Once your headset is paired, the phone will usually start sending calls and audio to it without any additional configuration. Some phones may prompt you and ask which device to use. Try making calls and/or playing music. If you hear music from only one ear, your phone may not support stereo Bluetooth. If you don't hear anything, re-pair the headphones. Power off your phone and headphones, then turn them back on and repeat steps 1 and 2.
