I have problem with samsung hitron tv green light blinking when on by remote or manual.

Although I think DS above is selling there are three caps in between the small heat sinks that pop and go bad, I have replaced these and the tv has been fine. if you like you can contact me about this repair.

I would try leaving the TV unplugged for 30 minutes to let the TV reset itself.
If that doesn't work, most likely the TV has a power supply related problem. The most common thing to go out is the circuit board that supply power to the screen. Commonly called a Backlight Inverter Board.
I can't say it's 100% the problem because I can't actually look at the tv over the internet.
If by chance the TV is still under warranty, go that route.
If not under warranty and If you have some electronic experience, you can purchase a Service Manual over the internet and diagnose the source of the problem and fix it by soldering in the new part. The Service Manual will give you circuit diagrams, test points, and part# lists. Usually, cost under $20.

hiThere is nothing special as a code for it. in 6your remote itself you ll see a model code in it. just say that code to the local electronics store you ll get a remote for it. hope it helps

I would open back and check all boards for cracks, this is a problem with these sets.Then count the blinks on the set and see if it stops for a moment and starts back.
