When you get onto the scale (Taylor Lithium 7506), the numbers just keep cycling and never stop. We tried changing the battery, even though the scale is less than three months old, but it still does the same thing.

Buy a used model and take the cover from it.

Sounds like no power. Check for correct battery replacement; may need to verify that your replacement batteyr is still good.

Battery Replacement

1. Use 3 volt CR2032 lithium battery (as installed).

2. Open the battery compartment on the bottom of the scale.

3. Remove the old battery from the compartment.

4. Place the new battery with the "+" sign up into the battery compartment.

5. Replace the battery compartment cover.

check battery or power supply first

I know what is this error. This is BATTery low. New battery last only 2 month, I've seen a problem with the kick feature to power-on the scale, those pressure buttons might get stuck and leak current and kill the battery.

If you get an "Err" or "Error" message, you will need to step off of the scale, wait a few seconds and then step back onto the scale.
