Try turning off the temp. switch off. Then plug it in and turn the temp on! this may reset it. Repeat one more time and let me know ho it went!
How old is the appliance? If the appliance is 10 years old or more you may not be advisable to put good money into bad! New appliances are so much more efficient today that they can save you a lot of money in energy!!!! You need a hands on tech for this repair!

Can't help I'm afraid, but we have exactly the same problem with exactly the same model. Ours did work for nearly 2 years, but recently only works with the boost button pressed in. I suspect the thermostat is not working as the boost button over-rides the thermostat to give max cooling. Your freezer is new so get it exchanged; it certainly doesn't need to be full to work!
Control is bad and needs to be replaced. I cannot see your repyl due to some tech issue w/ the site, so it may be a day or so before I can reply again. Please leave feedback for me if appropriate. Thanks
