My W810i Phone charging sometimes stops suddenly while charging , tried master reset,its not affected ,please advise Thanks vish

The sim you are using is not the valid one i suppose.Please try with some valid sim.
code to master reset your phone is 0000 which is your default phone code. If you have changed your phone code then you have to use this code.

Hi susheela , try a reset settings onthe handset. the problem that u are facing sounds more like a software issue or it could also be a corrupt theme.. try menu - settings - master reset -- reset settings - continue - continue ..the phone will restart ...see if this hellps....olly

I would try a master reset again and if that doesn't help. Try updating your phone's software with the Sony Ericsson update service....which is free.

i think this should be fixed by uprgading the software for your phone using sony ericsson pc suite and the internet.
or you could do the master reset at the bottom of the setting folder (on your phone).

Its very simple to reset your w810i.But, it will erase all the data you had in phone and your phone will be restarted.Follow the instructions to reset your phone:

1) Go to main menu, then select 'settings'.
2) From General settings, select master reset option
3)Select 'Reset all' option.It will ask for confirmation.
After reset, your phone will automatically restart.

And now your phone is ready to use new.

do a master reset......you can also take the phone and have the firmware reflash.
