How do I obtain a PRINTED or WRITTEN list of missed calls?
I want to prove to the Police in court that I did not answer an incoming call.
I am using Virgin pay-as-you-go service. They told me to log in to see my calls MADE. Not what I asked for, tut! Unfortunately when I log in to Virgin I cannot view incoming calls whether missed or answered.

Dear NaturalPoppy, There must be a tab in the menu that says "Call Records" or "Recent Calls". Once you go into the call records or recent calls, there must the list that states, missed calls, received calls and dialed calls. You can check the missed calls in there. I believe the Call records will have a phone icon.
I believe, if you login into your virgin online account, you should be able to see the calls you received or missed. This is true for any landline phone but I am not very sure of the same for mobile phones.
If I am correct, you can ask the police to request virgin to give them the records of your phone. Else try locating a virgin store and ask them on what to do. Hope you are out of this situation sooner than later.
