It just won't make a copy. New

Check the obvious drum and toner ok, paper supply ok, paper not jammed in fuser.
then check out the attached link

then buy a new machine, keep the drum and toner cartridge from the old one as spares.

Did you take the tape off the toner?

To the rear cover located one hole before waste toner box.Introduction one long screwdriver and push the unlock button.

There is little of paper in printer. Take the toner out and with very attention see, it must be in taht place, from where the paper going out, or that place from where taking paper, it can bee small paper.

Have a service tech check for the presence of the hi voltage applied to the paper to attract the toner.

CHeck T/S block , make sure the corona wire is not broken.

like on page 155 or so, there's a large section on paper troubleshooting. With the best of luck, it's a bad lot of paper, either wet, curled, old, etc. Things go downhill from there. Try cleaning the inside of the machine. Worst case is it will be something you can't fix. Since you did say copies, maybe it's a glass or drum (if it has one) problem. Copiers tend to have a shiny filmy deal (nice technical term, huh?), fuser, imager, whatever, that receives the image and transfers it to paper. That may have residue on it.

Brand New T652n lexmark printer get a paper jam every time! just opened and haven't been able to print one paper. Doesn't matter if you print from tray one or tray two. It gets stuck right after the rollers pick it up and try to send it to the toner. Any suggestions? I've tried to reseat the toner, plain paper, sized the paper correctly, I've tried just about everything I can think of! I can feed paper manually through the top tray, and it will print. But, just using the manual tray defeats the purpose of the other two trays. Anyone else having this issue?

It sound like the toner drum is not turning!Take the cartridge to where u bought it and have it checked!Good Luck!
