As it is a DLP projection TV, there will be a colour wheel to filter colur. If the whell does not spins at all, or spins out of synchronisation, there will be no colour to the picture. Just check the clour wheel. If needy, replace it. Clean it with cleaning solution. If you don't have eneough knoledge in alaigning the colour wheel, just get help fro an expecienced service technician. There is an RPM [Rotation Per Minute] counter to count the number of rotation of the colour wheel. If this sensor has some fault with, the colour wheel won't syncronise to its original speed what it should be, resulting out of colour picture. OK.

When the ColorStream signal source is active, the
VIDEO OUT terminal outputs blank video. To receive
video from the VIDEO OUT signal, a standard video or
S-video IN terminal must be used instead of the
ColorStream connections
