How can I get unwanted mail into spam so I will not get them ny more?

nothing really works except simply deleting them unread
you can right click to open the click in junk mail over to send to block sender and block sender domain but from all of the forums that is not really successful . they all say that by deleting unread , the sender gets a message that the address is no good so they stop trying after a while

Why have 182 emails been delivered in the past 90 mins, all something on FB?

Get Gmail or use the rules in webmail to help block spam and other attacks.

Block unwanted emails. If you're getting emails you don't want in your inbox, you can block the sender, unsubscribe from the sender, or report the message depending on the type of email. Emails from senders you block will be sent to your spam folder. At the top right of the email, click the down arrow.

I HAVE TRIED IN VAIN TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM MERCADOJOBS' JOB ALERTS

What email client are you using? Most online e-mail (Yahoo mail, Gmail, etc.) have a spam filter that you can declare and any future sends from that source will be sent to the garbage. In Outlook, go to Actions\Junk Email\Block\Add Sender To Blocked Sender List.
Now all email from that sender will be blocked. Outlook Express should work in the same way, but I am not sure since I do not use it. As far as removing your email address from the sender, you will have to figure it out, I can't help you with that.

I have a problem not to receive messages?

The best thing to do first is check with the sender to make sure that they actually sent the message.
If they have sent it, here's a list of conditions that will stop that email from getting through to you. If any of them describes your situation, you'll find instructions on how to resolve the issue just below. Hopefully, one of these will do the trick!
Incorrectly typed email address
Is the sender using your correct email address? Just one mistyped letter will cause an email to go to the wrong address or make it undeliverable. Ask them to double-check that they entered your address correctly.
Sender's email not functioning properly
Can this sender successfully send messages to other people? The problem could be on their end, with sending. Ask them to check.
Inbox needs refreshing ( Yahoo! Mail Classic)
New email often arrives while you're writing or reading another email. The all-new Yahoo! Mail updates your Inbox for you, so if you use it, you'll always see new mail when it arrives. But in Yahoo! Mail Classic, you won't see this new mail in your Inbox until you Refresh or Reload the page, or return to the Welcome Screen, or click Check Mail.
Note: Yahoo! Messenger shows an alert each time a new email arrives.
One of your filters could be directing the email into a folder
If you've set up filters, the message from this sender might be going directly to a different folder from your Inbox. Here's how to check your filters:
  • Click Options in the upper-right, and select More Options.
  • Click Filters.
  • See anything that might be capturing the mail you've been looking for?
  • Note: Messages in Trash can be deleted at any time. Once messages are deleted, they're gone forever, and can't be retrieved.
You're forwarding your mail to another email address
If you're forwarding your mail, it's going to another email address. Here's how to check:
  • Click Options in the upper-right corner of the page, and select More Options.
  • Under "Management", click POP Access & Forwarding.
  • Is the lower half of the page (Forwarding) selected? If so-and if you would like to discontinue it:
  • Click the radio button for "Web and POP Access" at the top of the page.
  • Click Save.
You're blocking this user
The sender's address might be on your Blocked Addresses list. Mail from blocked senders doesn't arrive or bounce-it's simply discarded. Here's how to check your Blocked Addresses list:
  • Click Options in the upper-right corner of the page and select More Options.
  • Under "Spam", click Block Addresses.
  • Scan the list for the address of the sender. If you see it, click it, then click Remove Block.
There's a delay in delivery
Messages are usually delivered within a few minutes. Very rarely, they are delayed while in transit. This is usually due to problems on the sender's mail server, heavy Internet traffic, or routing problems. Unfortunately, aside from waiting, there's no way to know whether a message has been delayed or whether it has been rendered undeliverable. If a sender can re-send it, have them do that.
No matter what the cause, the best solution is to ask the sender to re-send the message.

Everyday I receive emails from YAHOO GROUP stating that I have requested to join HottWebcams187, I have not requested to join thie group and I want to stop receiving these emails. I do I stop these emails?

It would help to know what email service provider you are usung..

First thing is - mark it as spam.. Then in your prfile setting and spam settings you should be able to add that email into a list for - not accepting emails..

I am trying to block all e-mail from info@emn-rebatesandsamples. I have asked then to stop mail, and they have not. I have tried to block there mail and failed, My e-mail is [email protected]

Hi there!

Unfortunately, Yahoo doesn't give their end-users the ability to block specific senders. I'm guessing the messages you keep getting from that address are all junk. What you can do is mark the address as "Spam". The message will be automatically moved out of your inbox and any future messages from that address will be flagged as spam.

If you have already done that or if you are adament about not receiving the messages at all, even as spam, you may need to contact Yahoo's support team and let them know that the sender needs to be blocked.

A lot of times, the "Remove me from this list" option in those junk messages is a spoof that simply signs you up for another email distribution list. It's a good practice just to deflect them using the "Flag as Spam" option.

Hope this helps! Good luck!
