RE: Master Reset Password for Dual Simcard Mobile phone ZTC (ZT238)

Hullo Expert, i have a Dual Sim-Card mobile phone called ZTC (ZT238) However, my friend who configured the Bluetooth Headset used a Password that he didnt tell me. At the moment, am out of touch and distance with him as regards telling me which password he used when configuring my Bluetooth Headset.
Yet, i now have a new bluetooth headset but have failed to set it up on my phone becoz it requires or asks me for the Old / Previous password that i do not have or know. All the other specifications of this phone are as follows;
ZTC ZT238 3.7V-9800mAh   Li-ion 4.2V GB/T18287-2000 P/N: JT08-05-18
IMEI: 375340000018314 IMEISV:78

You can hard rest your samsung S5620, but remember you will lose all your contact, messages, phone book etc.
- turn OFF the mobile - remove the sim card from the mobile. - turn ON the mobile and wait for the home screen to appear - now enter *2767*3855# wait for the phone to reboot. - Upgrade Monte firmware by downloading Samsung Kies and PC Sync.

Hi,
All you have to do is call your service provider customer service numebr , They will give you PUK code to reset your security code, They might require you to provide the IMEI number of your phone,(they will give you instruction also on how you can get that information ).
Pls. refer to some information below for your references:
  • PIN CodePersonal Identification Number), is the password for your simcard. You can choose to set the pin code request at each switch on of your mobile or whenever there is a change in simcard depending on your mobile functioning.
  • PUK Code is the code requested by your sim card whenever you have enter wrong password for more than three times. The PUK code can be only provided by your supplier.
  • The restriction code, also known as code operator, code or code NCK network, you can unlock your phone for use with any SIM card of different operators.
  • The security code is the password of the mobile itself. This will prevent another person from accessing to your mobile in case of theft. You can change the password according to you.

did you ask virgin to unlock it? in most cases they will if you have not got a contract.
