Lost the user password on my laptop toshiba 2100cds how do i change or recover

Without having to format the computer you will need the following to change the password.

A Blank CD
Another computer to burn a disc
Hiren Boot CD www.hirensbootcd.org/download

Then you need to...

Download hiren and unzip it
Burn the .iso file to disc (You need to select "Burn image to Disc" from your favorite CD burning program) You can get Nero Lite for free if you need one.
Make sure the laptop is set to boot from CD first in BIOS
Insert the burnt hiren disc into the laptop and reboot
From the menu select the "Active Password changer"
Follow the prompts and select your user and change the password to be blank
Now save and quit and reboot the computer
When you are back to the login screen you should be able to login with no password.

You need to go here, and download the Vista version of the LiveCD:
http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/

It's a disc image file, so you need to burn the file to CD. If your burning program doesn't deal with image files (most do) then this free one will do it:
http://cdburnerxp.se/

Simply put the disc in and reboot. Your machine will boot from the CD which will then list any passwords it finds. Takes 2-10 minutes, depending on the speed of your machine.

Laptop keeps rebooting, f12 screen for open windows normally and safe keeps problem returning: shuts off over and over

It sounds like you lost your operating system. You will need to install your recovery disc. First go to your boot menu and set up the disc drive to boot before the hard drive.

Need to reboot samsung p35 laptop but i don't have any reboot discs. I took it once to a computer tech place to get it rebooted but a lot of the keboard functions were lost and it very quickly became...

reboot is simply mean restart ur pc and load the software and necessary file during booting. If any system file is lost then u will need system boot disc for either repair or format ur sytem.
