Carol.kettlewelltwo of the height adjustment tubes do not work, they are stuck between levels and they are uneven. This is brand new, and has never even had a baby in it yet.

A riding lawn mower typically has a lever that adjust about 5 different heights. The manual to the mower should indicate how to adjust the ride height.
As you have not identified brand and model, useful also in finding a manual online, it is a bit challenging to describe the process, although it is actually too difficult to perform. Below the deck where the blade is attached is likely a cotter pin. If that is extracted, the blade height may be adjust with the adjustment wheel. Subsequetly, the pin is replaced. It may be necessary to adjust the "level" of the blade as if tilted, an uneven cut may result. Removal of the cotter pin may require pliers.
A: Scribbling the frame:
-Possibly the bolts on the wheel are lose. And it turn warble that's why it scrub the frame.
B: Uneven cut:
-Uneven cut is not the tire or wheel. Possibly the height adjust on the cutter deck is broken or lose bolt. Or may be bend cutter blade as well.

Hi Jeff:
Two things affect the water level in the bowl:
1) - The maximum height is determined by the siphon. To see if that is where you are, slowly pour water into the bowl. If the level stays the same, that's the maximum height. If it increases, you may be able to "tweak" the trickle tube. (next step)
2) - "Trickle tube" - My term as that's a good description. Lift the lid off the storage tank. If you look into it you will see a vertical tube, open at the top. A small tube should be clipped on to it so that when you flush it, water from the small tube flows into the big tube. That will be "trickling" into the bowl to fill it to the top of the siphon level. Sometimes this small tube can be installed so that it misses the big tube so the bowl does not get filled to the maximum.
- Hope this helps.
Cheers..
The first and most simple thing to check is that tire pressure is the same from side to side. I ran into another issue where there were different tubes in the rear tires(not exact matches) and when they were at the same pressure, they were at different heights. As far as adjusting the height, you need a level place to park mower and the lift rods that pick the deck up have a threaded adjustment. You want to measure down to that surface and make sure both sides are the same.
The fill valve sounds if it is bad.Go to lowe's and get a fluidmaster fill valve(about $8) instructions included.turn off water and remove water from tank then disconnect supply tube, remove old fill valve install new, follow installation diagram, and the adjustment process to adjust the water level to correct level that should take care of your problem.
Yes, the front two "feet" of the refrigerator are used to for leveling purposes. Don't forget to level front to back, and left to right. Hope this helps.
YOU CAN ADJUST FLOATS WITHOUT SPECIAL TOOLS. ALL YOU NEED IS A FOOT LONG PIECE OF CLEAR TUBING, SIZED TO FIT THE BOWL DRAIN. SET FLOATS AS CLOSE TO WHAT THEY WERE WHEN YOU REPLACED IT. INSTALL THE BOWL AND PUT THE TUBE ON THE DRAIN. OPEN THE BOWL DRAIN SCREW WHILE HOLDING THE TUBE UP BESIDE THE CARB. WHEN YOU GET THE TUBE BESIDE THE CARB ASSY., THE GAS IN THE TUBE SHOWS YOU THE EXACT LEVEL OF FUEL IN THE BOWL. FROM THIS YOU CAN MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS NECESSARY FOR CORRECT LEVEL. THE LEVEL SHOULD BE RIGHT BELOW THE PLANE WHERE THE BOWL MEETS THE CARB BASE.
Sounds like you have a wick that has burnt unevenly in the past and now there is not a good setting for an optimum burn. Either the wick needs to be trimmed even or you need a new wick.
