• First a fall check whether your PC should be active in Security or not..
• first insert your USB and scan for virus
• if it finished then give the format option
• some virus problem is there in your system, else in your pen drive ,so please check it
• if 2 things are okay means definetly it will format your pen drive...

This is because the pen drive contiains viruses. scan the pen drive and computer with the proper antivirus.after scanning delete all the viruses from it.
Then if the viruses are not deleted from the pen drive please format the pen drive. you cn remove the viruses by formatting.

DONOT connect your pendrive with the computer having viruses in future or else again you wil get the same problem

hi........please check that if there is switch in your pendrive..if present turn it other side..if not than follow this steps... 1. download a software from here http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/Hard-Disk-Utils/HDD-Low-Level-Format-Tool.shtml
2.now fromat your pendrive by this software and than scan it for virus ...

Step 1: Try to right click and Scan for Virus

Step 2: If it detects any virus please remove it and then try to open

Step 3: Even after that it doesn't open then we have to format the Pen drive

Your pendrive is infected with Autorun.inf virus
to remove this virus install malwarebytes (It is antimalware software)and scan your whole computer as well as your pendrive when you scaning finish remove all threats
