On a computer: Select "my vouchers" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

On a mobile phone: Select 'vouchers' at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

In the iOS app: Select 'vouchers' at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

In the Android app: Select the menu button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen and select 'my vouchers'.

From the "my vouchers" page of your account, you can also sort your vouchers by expiration date -- this is a convenient way to see which ones you need to use soon or mark a voucher as "used" to remind yourself that you've already enjoyed it!

Tap the icon in the lower right hand corner that should have a picture of a person from the shoulders up, or a card with that picture inside it. Either way, lower right hand corner from the main screen.

the Iphone 4s has a small picture of a camera in the top right hand side corner to flip the picture.

• Locate the app on your phone.
• Press the app and hold it down until all the icons on the screen start 'wiggling'.
• There will be a tiny 'X' mark at the top right hand corner of every icon.
• Press it
• A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to delete the app.
• Press delete.

seems you have found the PiP (Picture in Picture) if you still have the orignal remote press the pip button or the cancel button

Check corner marking for placing the document, place the document & scan through system, verify whether you got full scanned image? if not adjust the placement in correct position, once its OK, go for print there select correct image size(could be 100%) & paper size..I hope it will solve the issue..Best of luck

Hi, if its taking pictures ok and you can see them on your computer it sounds very much like the screen is damaged, If you can post a picture of the screen I may be able to confirm.
