you can try to reboot your system but if code comes back you may need to find a plumber that knows your system to fix your fan system and clear your fault code. this is the site i got info from

Google this error code it come up with two things you may need to replace .

Code 14 Overheat Wrap Fault
Ensure high fire and low fire manifold pressure are correct.
Check gas type of unit and ensure it matches gas type being used.
Check heat exchanger for cracks and/or separations.
Ohm out safety circuit.
Check for improper conversion of product.
Check for restrictions in air flow around unit and vent terminal.
Check for a foreign materials in combustion chamber and/or exhaust piping.

Check inside the cover of the unit or owners manual to find out what that error code means.

Error 14 is low manifold pressure, cracked heat exchanger, restricted air flow.
C2 can be dirty combustion parts, bad gas solenoid valve, bad circuit board.

Combination of these two error codes implies possible PC board failure, which is similar to failed motherboard on computer.
Suggest that service technician perform the required yearly maintenance to see it that fixes error code.

The year 2009 Bosch 24ES manual does not show error code 14.

Error 14 is 'overheat wrap fault.'
This can include venting problem, failed heat exchanger, bad safety circuit, gas problem.
Rheem does not have a service manual posted for this specific problem.

Additional information: Tankless water heaters consume large amounts of gas during combustion. The combustion burns away hydrogen and the remaining poisonous byproduct is vented into the atmosphere at each home day and night.
Byproduct includes acidic water vapor that condenses along the vent pipe and drips back down vent.
Each tankless vent pipe has a drain line that directs acidic water into household drain.
If this drain line becomes clogged, or if vent was not installed correctly, then water drips down into heat exchanger and can erode or crack exchanger.
The typical maintenance manual above shows steps that can solve many tankless problems before they happen.

This means the thermal fuse has broken and needs replacement. The thermal fuse is a white cord which wraps around the heat exchanger. It typically breaks if the unit is excessively dirty and sooted. Before the fuse is replaced you should make sure the unit is cleaned with compressed air and descaled.

My guess it need reset.Turn power off for five to ten minutes and try that.The heat may have mis fired for the code.
