If so, spin each wheel with the tire facing you and see if you notice any wobbling or warping effect. It's possible that either the axle of the wheel is bent or the spoke/rim is not true.
If the wheels have spoke nipples that can be adjusted, you may need to take it to a bicycle shop to see if they can true the wheel or otherwise it'll need to be replaced unfortunately.
if you have run a long way your tyres should have been worn out even if you fill the air within preferred psi.so i suggest you to buy new tyres ..but remember everytime you change the tyre be sure the wheels are tightened at preferred torque since uneven torques are also responsible for easy worn outs.
Well, i'm not positive in this, seeing how I never had kids, but while jogging are you pushing down harder on the stroller? or you could look for smaller wheels to put it on, but then again you might have'ft to bend over to do it, and if the handle which you push is tall that has to do with force viberating the stroller
if you don't find a tire and want to sell the 2 tires you have, i will take them off your hands:) 1 working stroller is better than 2 non-working ones!
