This is the feared YLOD. Yellow Light Of Death. I experienced this on my first PS3. There is nothing that you can do to it and avoid voiding your warranty. The only thing you can do is contact Sony and have them fix it. This will run you $150 plus shipping and taxes. There are ways to fix it on your own but as I said, it will void your warranty.
