There are 2 possible cause of that noise 1 is coming from your fan motor and the 2 is the compressor stand is broken. Or water that never comes out on the pan of the air condition try to drain it first before proceeding the 1 and 2 tips.

You hear a pinging noise. This is caused by water being picked up by the fan on rainy days or in highly humid conditions. This air conditioner is equipped with as slinger fan. The fan has an outer ring that runs in the water that collects in the base pan if it gets deep. That condensate is then picked up by the fan and expelled through the condenser, making the air conditioner moire efficient.

My dell dimention 9200 makes a buzzing noise and no show on monit

Sounds like its just 1 of the fans inside the case needs replacing or possibly the fan inside the power supply. These dont cost much and are easy to replace.

Dryer makes a buzzing noise when I push the start switch.

Sounds like a bad motor, The buzzing noise is probably the motor humming then nothing because the thermal over load switch inside the motor opened. Timer will still be energized. Good Luck

Buzzing noise from DKC645BLS

It's the fan that moves the air around inside to aid in circulation. Call danby and ask to buy it. It shpuldn't be very expensive at all.

Loud buzzing noise from inside Jenn Air 2389G fridge

i don't know jennair specifically being from england.
however, there is often a fan inside the back panel and the noise you heard was the fan hitting ice. the reason now not heard and fridge not working may be that the ice has built up so much the fan is jammed
