It is exactly where your right front foot would be, when sitting in the passenger front seat, little red button... reach under the cover of the door... you’ll se it !! Good luck!!! ?? Where the door henge is... right side ... you’ll see it!! If it doesn’t work then go to the junk yard and get a new button!!! ??
Using a wrench, you remove the left pedal as you would loosen a normal, left hand threaded bolt. The right side is a reverse thread and would need to be loosened in the opposite direction.
the inside door handle is probably broken. the cable may have popped out but usually its because the clips on the inside door handle break off. luckily you can just replace the handle and not have to get a whole new door panel
The lower hinge on each door may have a door closing cam. It raises the door up ¼ inch when opening and this assist in closing the door. If it's wore out and doesn't work the door may not seal and the gasket can be damaged. Watch the operation of the door to see if it rises up when opened.
Leave the door shut and let the magnetic gasket hold the door in place. Put something between the bottom of the door and the floor to hold it in case it slips. Remove the bracket holding the pin and hinge assembly taking note of order of removal of parts. Slide new cams on. You probably need two.
I understand that you would like instructions on how to remove the doors on your fridge. Most common on top mount freezers/fridges you need to start at the top and work your way down.
1. Locate the freezer hinge top part where the door swings.
2. Remove the plastic cover over the henge. (top of the box if covered)
3. Remove the screws holding the henge in place.
4. Lift up on the henge
5. Open the freezer door and lift up (the door should lift off the bottom pin)
6. Open the Fridge door and remove the screws from the hinge that the freezer door sat on
7. Remove the hinge from the fridge door by lifting up
8. Open and lift up on the fridge door
9.Reinstall in reverse
That is the easiest way to remove the doors on a top mount freezer fridge. Note that when you reinstall the doors you will have to adjust the hinges so that the seals seal properly. The hinges have enough of a grove that you use them to adjust the doors.
I had the same problem and found that the door henge was loose on the right side. By lifting on the door and then pulling out after lifting the door opened.
