Although more details on this are needed. The simplest way to have a transaction canceled on a purchase you just made is to call the company & cancel it.

If it is a charge on your card for a purchase you didn't make then you need to call your bank/credit card company.

If you have sent money via PayPal, and you realize you did not mean to do it, or you have changed your mind about it, you'll want to cancel the transaction.
PayPal is an international online money payment service that allows you to transfer money to other people via their email address.
PayPal is commonly used for eBay and other online transactions.
To cancel a payment, you must log in to your account.

Log in to your PayPal account.
Open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this transaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down)
Locate the payment that you wish to cancel.
Click the "Action" drop-down menu and select "Cancel."
Click "Cancel Payment" on the next page to confirm the cancellation.

Hi there! you don't have to worry about this. just send a quick message to the seller and tell them to file a cancel transaction case for you. they will send you a cancellation of transaction request. you will receive an email then you just to AGREE on the cancel transaction request. then that's it :)

Log into your paypal account and view recent transactions. Adjust the date range if needed to see what you need to see. There should be a "Details" button in the row of the item which will show you what the transaction was for. And for Ebay it may even offer you a link to the item.

I want to cancel a payment made for an on-line purchase which doesn't work
You can do that by logging on to your paypal account.

Go to the transaction that you made with the purchase that you are not happy about.

Then on the lower part of that transaction you will see this:

"You can report a transaction problem in the Resolution Center within 45 days of this payment. Have a problem with this transaction? Click here to resolve"

Click the "Click here to resolve" link.

Choose "Item dispute" then click continue.

Then you need to choose the reasons why you are disputing.

Paypal will review it and will decide if you are eligible for a dispute.
